Due to various ongoing issues, we are currently in URGENT need of foster homes and forever homes for G4U greyhounds. Should you be interested in either fostering or adopting, please contact Debbie on 0787 961 5471 or send an email to us
G4U are very proud to announce that we have our first ever fund raising calendar available for 2010. Please check out the G4U Fund Raising Items page for more information.
Other fund raising items are also available. I would like to thank Julie and Steve for the huge amount of time and work they have put in to create this calendar and to our happy adoptees who submitted photos for consideration. All proceeds will be used to help the homeless greyhounds in our care.
The first fund raising walk of the year will take place on Monday 3 May 2010 at Fleet Pond. Please check the Events & Walks page for more details on this event and other events that have already been planned for 2010. Due to the large amount of greyhounds currently in our care, fund raising is vitally important at the moment.
° We are proud to announce that Greyhounds 4 U are now an approved partner of Pets at Home in their Support Adoption campaign.
° We have ten foster homes in place should the need arise and many thanks to the people who have volunteered. If you would like more information or are interested in becoming a foster home please contact homing@greyhounds4u.co.uk.
° In addition to this, we are also able to offer holiday home boarding for greyhounds. Please contact homing@greyhounds4u.co.uk for further details.
° Greyhounds 4 U can supply adopters with greyhound coats. We can offer waterproof, hooded, fleece lined walking out coats (velcro fastening) at £15 each and fleece kennel coats (tie up style) at £10 each. We also have a large selection of beautiful martingale collars imported from the USA for sale.
° Anyone interested in being sent a free car sticker should send an email to homing@greyhounds4u.co.uk. A member of the homing team will be pleased to assist.
